Job Description
*Hiring: Female Telecaller – Sales Recruitment*
We are looking for confident and enthusiastic female telecallers to join our HR/Recruitment team for sales hiring.
*Job Responsibilities:*
- Call candidates for ASM, TSM and other sales positions.
- Explain job roles, salary packages, incentives and job locations.
- Screen candidates based on their experience and suitability.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates.
- Follow up with interested candidates and maintain calling records.
- Support the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets.
*Requirements:*
- Good communication skills in Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of calling and recruitment.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Confident, polite and target-oriented approach.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
