Job Description: Admission Counsellor

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for students, working professionals, and businesses looking to upskill or market their brands. Your primary responsibility will be to understand their career goals or business needs, guide them through our comprehensive digital marketing programs/services, and help them make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Counseling & Conversion: Guide prospective students and clients over the phone, email, or in person about our digital marketing courses and services.
• Understand Needs: Listen actively to prospects to understand their career goals, background, and expectations, and recommend the right program or strategy.
• Relationship Building: Maintain a database of leads and follow up regularly to build strong relationships and ensure high conversion rates.
• Achieve Targets: Meet daily talk-time requirements and monthly enrollment/sales targets.
• Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and our course modules to answer queries accurately.
• Post-Enrollment Support: Coordinate with the training and operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new students/clients.
