• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business through leads, references and market visits.

• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into business.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing and disbursement.
• Maintain regular reporting of sales performance and pipeline.
• Explore new market opportunities and generate quality business.
• Candidate ProfileMinimum 1 year of experience in Sales / Banking / NBFC / DSA / Financial Services preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to generate business independently.
• Willingness to work in field sales when required.
