काम की जिम्मेदारियाँ:
- 🏢 B2B Sales और नए ग्राहकों से संपर्क करना
- 📞 Outbound Calling एवं ग्राहक से फॉलो-अप
- 🚶 Field Work करके नए Clients/Dealers की तलाश करना
- 🛍️ कपड़ा मार्केट एवं Garment Business से जुड़े ग्राहकों को संभालना
- 📈 Sales बढ़ाना और नए Business Opportunities बनाना
- 🤝 Existing Clients के साथ अच्छे संबंध बनाए रखना
योग्यता एवं आवश्यक अनुभव:
- 👨💼 Male / Female दोनों Apply कर सकते हैं
- 👕 Garment / कपड़ा लाइन में अनुभव रखने वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता
- B2B Sales / Field Sales / Tally Calling का अनुभव लाभदायक
- अच्छे Communication और Convincing Skills होना आवश्यक
- Sales Target के अनुसार काम करने की क्षमता

📢 Production Manager की आवश्यकता – Garment / कपड़ा उद्योग हमारी Garment / कपड़ा Manufacturing Company के लिए अनुभवी Production Manager की आवश्यकता है।
उम्मीदवार को Garment / कपड़ा लाइन में अच्छा और प्रैक्टिकल अनुभव होना आवश्यक है।
- 🔹 मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ:कपड़ों की Production Planning और Production Management करना
- Sourcing की अच्छी जानकारी होना
- Sampling का अनुभव एवं पूरी जानकारी होना
- Production Process को शुरू से अंत तक संभालना
- Workers / Staff को Manage करना और काम सही तरीके से करवाना
- Production Target को समय पर पूरा करवाना
- काम की Quality और Finishing पर नजर रखना
- Workers के बीच काम का सही Distribution करना
- Production में आने वाली समस्याओं को समझकर उनका समाधान करना
- समय पर माल तैयार करवाना और Dispatch के लिए तैयार रखना
- Production Manager की Post से जुड़े सभी जरूरी कार्यों की अच्छी जानकारी होना
- 🔹 उम्मीदवार की योग्यता:👔 Garment / कपड़ा Industry में अनुभव अनिवार्य
- Production Management का अच्छा अनुभव होना चाहिए
- Sourcing और Sampling की Practical Knowledge होनी चाहिए
- Workers और Production Team को अच्छी तरह Manage करना आना चाहिए
- जिम्मेदारी लेने और Team को Lead करने की क्षमता होनी चाहिए
- मेहनती, जिम्मेदार और काम के प्रति गंभीर उम्मीदवार को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी
