Designation: Client Engagement Manager / Sales Manager

• Experience: 2-6 years in sales or client onboarding (HNI/UHNI clients)
• Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline; a formal finance qualification or related certification is an added advantage
• Location: Durgapura, Tonk Road, Jaipur

• A proven track record of building your own client pipeline over long sales cycles

What you'll do

• Build genuine, trust-based relationships with HNI/UHNI prospects sourced through your personal network, associations, societies, clubs, RWAs of affluent communities, corporate events, alumni networks and premium club events. Represent the practice in one-on-one meetings or organise awareness sessions to generate qualified leads.

• Own the full prospect journey: qualify leads on wealth potential and readiness, run the initial conversations, and manage a documented handoff to the senior advisor for the deeper advisory discussion, so nothing gets lost between first contact and onboarding.
• Personally manage onboarding for new HNI clients, making sure paperwork, KYC and account setup happen smoothly and the client's first experience with the practice is seamless.
• Mine your own network and the practice's existing client base for referrals, and put a structured, repeatable referral system in place rather than relying on chance introductions.
• Cultivate long-term channel relationships with RWA committees, corporate HR contacts and other referral partners, so the pipeline compounds year over year instead of resetting each quarter.
• Represent the practice on the ground, running and coordinating sessions at corporates and societies, and keep testing new outreach ideas and partnership channels to keep the pipeline fresh.
• Track your own pipeline and conversion against a clear, AUM-linked target, and treat that number, not activity, as the real measure of success.

Who we're looking for

Between 2 and 6 years of sales or client acquisition experience, from any industry, where you've personally engaged and onboarded HNI or UHNI clients. This could look like:

• Luxury real estate sales
• Home loan or LAP/LAS DSA sales
• Mutual fund distributor or IFA sales roles
• Insurance advisors or agents handling HNI clients
• Luxury car sales
• Corporate salary account sales, event sales, corporate sales or institutional sales

What matters far more than the industry label on your resume is whether you've sat across from a wealthy client and gained their trust, not just their transaction.

Skills that will set you apart

• A working understanding of personal finance and investing, enough to speak credibly, even if you've never held a wealth advisory title
• A track record of building and converting a client pipeline, with clear, quantifiable results in sourcing, conversion and revenue from closed sales
• Natural networking ability, sharp communication and genuine storytelling, the kind that builds trust not just with HNI clients but with the influencers around them: HR heads, association presidents and leaders of clubs and societies in affluent communities
• Comfort with a longer sales cycle. Wealth decisions aren't impulse buys, and you'll need the patience to nurture a relationship over months, not days.
