Job Description
The Brand Tales is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist with 2+ years of hands-on experience in digital advertising and performance marketing.
What You'll Do
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for multiple brands.
- Manage lead generation, conversion, retargeting, and awareness campaigns.
- Monitor CPL, CPA, CTR, conversions, and overall campaign performance.
- Research audiences and develop effective targeting strategies.
- Optimize campaigns based on data and performance insights.
- Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, custom audiences, and retargeting.
- Analyze campaign reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and campaigns.
- Handle multiple client campaigns and work towards achieving their marketing objectives.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of practical experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager is mandatory.
- Good understanding of lead generation and conversion campaigns.
- Knowledge of audience targeting, retargeting, campaign optimization, and analytics.
- Ability to understand campaign data and take performance-driven decisions.
- Google Ads knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Agency/client-handling experience will be preferred.
