E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online gemstone sales platform. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewelry, strong communication skills, and experience in e-commerce operations.

• ✅ Key Responsibilities: Manage product listings, including high-quality images, descriptions, and pricing for gemstone items.
• Monitor and optimize e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Alibaba, or custom sites).
• Conduct SEO analysis to improve product visibility and organic traffic.
• Run and manage SEM campaigns (Google Ads) to drive targeted traffic.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create engaging content and promotions.
• Track sales performance and customer behavior using analytics tools.
• Handle customer inquiries and ensure an excellent online shopping experience.
• Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams for timely order fulfillment.

📚 Required Qualifications:

Education: Graduate (any stream); Post Graduate preferred.

• Language: Good English (written and spoken).
• Experience: Both freshers and experienced candidates welcome. Prior experience in E-commerce Sales, Jewellery Sales, or Retail is a plus.
• Skills:
• SEM & SEO Analysis
• E-commerce Sales
• Customer Relationship Management
• Basic knowledge of CMS (Content Management Systems)
• Familiarity with Google Analytics
• Strong communication and negotiation skills

🎯 Preferred Skills:

Previous experience in the Consumer Goods & Retail industry.

• Knowledge of gemstone or jewellery market trends.
• Skills in digital marketing and online sales strategies.
• Experience with Footwear Sales, Apparel Sales, or similar retail sectors is a bonus.
