Lead Generation Executive

Company: Kavita Corporation

Location: Jaipur

Salary: ₹10,000–₹14,000 Fixed + Up to ₹6,000 Incentives

Preference: Experienced; freshers are welcome

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Lead Generation Executive to generate B2B leads and expand our network of dealers, distributors, resellers and bulk buyers across India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Find and research potential B2B customers.
  • Make outbound calls and generate qualified leads.
  • Follow up with prospects and understand their requirements.
  • Maintain lead/customer data in Excel/CRM.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads.
  • Achieve monthly lead-generation targets.

Requirements:

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Comfortable with calling and follow-ups.
  • Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
  • Target-oriented and proactive attitude.
  • Freshers are welcome.

Compensation: ₹10K–₹14K Fixed + Up to ₹6K Performance Incentives.
