We are hiring for Relationship Manager and Sales Manager.

Product - Home Loan and Loan Against Property Sales.

Note: Sales Manager openings are open for Jaipur location only.

Interview mode : Face to Face.

Interview Location Branch wise :- Jaipur, Udaipur, Hanumangarh, Rajsamand, Bikaner, Churu, Jhunjhunu, Nagpur.

Timing: 10:00 AM -1:00 PM 

Responsibilities

1) New Client acquisition for Home Loan and LAP Loan product.

2) Market visit to find out the interested client for Loan.

3) Regular follow-ups with clients, generate references for new business needs.

4) Generate leads of clients through Dealers, consultants, market visits, direct clients meetings, references, internet mining & market mapping.

5) Ensure quality customer service is delivered.

6) Meeting productivity norms and monthly targets defined by the Bank.

7) Strictly adhere & maintain KYC norms compliance.

8) Follow the norms, regulations & practices of banks religiously.

Salary :-

For Relationship Manager Up to 3.90 LPA + Huge Incentives.

For Sales Manager -Up to 4.50 LPA+ Huge Incentives.

Eligibility:

1. Any 12th, Graduate and Post Graduate.

2. Experience required for Relationship Manager 6 months to 5 Years and for Sales Manager More than 2 years ( Home Loan and Loan Against Property Sales ).

3. Age: 20-35 years.

4. Must have flair in sales & marketing.

5. Should be a target & result oriented personality.

6. Should be smart, confident and possess a decent personality.

7. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

8. Cibil score should be above 700
