Job Description
- Provide basic IT support to employees for day-to-day computer-related issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computers, printers, scanners, and other IT devices.
- Handle basic troubleshooting of Windows, MS Office, Email, Internet, and Wi-Fi/LAN issues.
- Assist employees with software installation, updates, and basic configuration.
- Maintain records of computers, laptops, printers, accessories, and other IT assets.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers for hardware and software-related issues when required.
- Support basic network and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Assist in maintaining data backup and ensuring proper storage of important files.
- Manage basic user account, email, and system-related requirements.
- Check and resolve basic issues related to CCTV, biometric attendance systems, and other IT equipment.
- Maintain IT inventory and ensure availability of required IT accessories.
- Follow company policies regarding data security and system usage.
- Perform other IT-related tasks assigned by the management.
