Job Title: Customer Service Executive

Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join Mumzhug Clothing and handle customer queries across WhatsApp, Instagram, and Email.
- ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer queries on WhatsApp, Instagram, and Email
- Help customers with product, size, availability, order, delivery, return, and exchange-related queries
- Follow up on customer issues and ensure timely resolution
- Handle customers politely and professionally
- Coordinate with the internal team for order-related concerns
- Maintain a positive customer experience
- Keep track of customer complaints and follow-ups
- RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi and English
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, and Email
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer-focused and polite attitude
- Ability to handle multiple customer queries
- Prior experience in customer service, e-commerce, or fashion is a plus
Preferred CandidateSomeone who is responsible, quick to respond, patient, and good at communicating with customers.
