Job Summary:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our organization. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely joining of selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to joining.

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Workndia, job portals, references etc.

• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

• Conduct initial telephonic/HR interviews.

• Schedule and coordinate technical and management interviews.

• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with candidates.

• Prepare and maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining.

• Maintain records of interviews, selections, rejections, and joining status.

• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.

• Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, and WorkIndia.

• Good follow-up and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.

• Strong convincing and coordination abilities.

• Good knowledge of interview and recruitment processes.

• Ability to work under recruitment targets and deadlines.

Qualification:

MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA/BA/Graduation in HR or any relevant qualification.
