- HR Intern – Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the HR team in daily recruitment and employee management activities.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate with candidates for interviews, follow-ups, and joining formalities.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Assist in onboarding and induction processes for new employees.
- Support the HR team in preparing offer letters, joining documents, and other HR paperwork.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries and requirements.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on hiring progress.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Learn and support day-to-day HR operations in a professional work environment.
