Experience: 3–6 Years

Location: Jaipur

• Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
• Handle bulk and specialized hiring across departments.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
• Maintain candidate database, recruitment MIS, and hiring trackers.
• Negotiate offers and ensure smooth joining & onboarding.
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Support employer branding and recruitment strategies.
• RequirementsGraduate/MBA/PG in HR or relevant field.
• 3–6 years of experience in recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and interviewing techniques.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
• Ability to handle multiple positions and meet hiring targets.
• Manufacturing/industrial recruitment experience will be an advantage.
