HR Executive – Recruitment

Location: Malviya Marg, C Scheme, Ashok Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan

Experience: 1–3 Years

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹23,000 per month

Working Days: Monday to Friday + 1st & 4th Saturday

Week Off: 2nd & 3rd Saturday + Sundays

Leaves: Paid Leaves as per company policy

About the RoleWe are looking for an HR Executive who will primarily handle recruitment activities. Around 90% of the role will be focused on recruitment, along with other HR responsibilities such as onboarding, documentation, induction, and employee retention.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
• Maintain regular communication and follow up with candidates.
• Manage interview schedules and candidate status updates.
• Prepare and complete joining and onboarding formalities.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Conduct employee induction and joining formalities.
• Coordinate with reporting managers for new employee onboarding.
• Support employee engagement and retention activities.
• Maintain recruitment and HR-related reports and records.
• Requirements1–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to source and close candidates within timelines.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR documentation and onboarding processes.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
