Job Description
Job Title: Client relationship Manager
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹19,000 (In-hand and fixed)
Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Raja Park, Jaipur
Bond: 1-year bond is mandatory
Job Responsibilities
Handle clients queries through calls or messages in a professional and polite manner.
Provide clear information and resolve issues efficiently.
Maintain smooth communication with clients and ensure satisfaction.
Understand clients requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Manage and document client interactions.
Use problem-solving and convincing skills when handling concerns.
