Loan Processor

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end loan file processing (documentation to submission)
• Coordinate with clients to collect and verify required documents
• Prepare and fill bank application forms accurately
• Submit loan files to banks/NBFCs and track their progress
• Maintain regular follow-ups with bankers and clients to ensure timely approvals
• Manage communication across client and bank WhatsApp/groups
• Make fresh calls to leads generated via social media platforms
• Explain loan products and guide clients through the process
• Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant before submission
• Maintain proper records of files, status updates, and follow-ups

Required Skills

Good communication (Hindi + basic English preferred)

• Strong coordination and follow-up ability
• Basic knowledge of loan processes (home loan, personal loan, etc.)
• Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines
• Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, email, document handling)
• Attention to detail (important for documentation accuracy)
