Job Description
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding MBBS ,BDS ,BAMS etc courses
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
- Convert leads into admissions.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and maintain lead status in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the academic, finance, and placement teams for a smooth admission process.
- Assist students with registration, documentation for NEET counseling
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, admissions, and daily reports.
- Ensure high levels of student satisfaction through timely communication
