Job Description
We are looking for an organized and responsible E-Commerce Shipping Manager to manage the complete shipping and dispatch process for our online orders. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with courier partners, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery, tracking shipments, and resolving shipping-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete order-to-dispatch and shipping process for e-commerce orders.
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for daily shipments.
- Prepare shipping labels, invoices, packing slips, and other required documents.
- Ensure orders are packed correctly and dispatched within the committed timeline.
- Track shipments and regularly monitor delivery status.
- Handle delayed, undelivered, returned, lost, or damaged shipments.
- Coordinate with courier companies to resolve delivery and tracking issues.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatched, delivered, returned, and pending orders.
- Coordinate with the warehouse, packing, sales, and customer support teams.
- Update order and shipment status in the relevant e-commerce/shipping software.
- Monitor COD and prepaid shipments and coordinate with relevant teams when required.
- Manage RTO (Return to Origin) shipments and arrange re-dispatch where applicable.
- Ensure proper documentation for international shipments, customs, and courier requirements.
- Prepare daily/weekly shipping reports and maintain shipment-related data.
- Identify recurring shipping issues and work on improving delivery efficiency and reducing shipping errors.
- Ensure customers receive timely and accurate shipping updates.
