Position: Customer Relationship Manager
Department: Customer Service / Sales

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, handling customer queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, installations, services, and payments.
- Coordinate with sales, service, production, and dispatch teams.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM regularly.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to understand their requirements.
- Identify opportunities for repeat business and upselling.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the management.
- Prepare customer follow-up and relationship reports.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the customer journey.
