Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing customer communication, sales orders, dispatch, check stock availability, invoice, PI management with accounts, documentation, follow-ups, and coordination between the sales team.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with the sales team for daily sales activities and requirements.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Prepare and maintain quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales documents.
• Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update CRM/Excel reports regularly.
• Coordinate with warehouse, accounts, and dispatch teams for order processing.
• Track sales orders from booking to delivery.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
• Assist the sales team in achieving targets through effective coordination and follow-ups.
• Maintain proper records of customers and sales-related documents.
• Perform other sales coordination and administrative tasks as required.
• RequirementsGraduate in any stream.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Sales Support / Back Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
• Experience with CRM/ERP software will be an advantage.
