📍 Job Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries across calls, emails, WhatsApp, and social media.
Provide accurate information about products and services
Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Resolve concerns with empathy and efficiency.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.
Turn every customer conversation into a positive brand experience.
What we're looking for:
1+ year of experience in customer support or customer success.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Comfortable using CRM tools and customer support platforms.
