Lead Calling

• Company द्वारा assigned सभी leads पर timely calling करना।
• New leads को priority के अनुसार call करना।
• Customer से professional तरीके से बातचीत करना।
• Customer की basic requirement समझना।
• Interested और non-interested customers को identify करना।

Customer Qualification

Customer से मुख्य जानकारी लेना:

• Property किस purpose के लिए चाहिए?
• Investment या personal use?
• Preferred location?
• Plot/property requirement?
• Approximate budget?
• Required size?
• Purchase timeline?
• Site visit के लिए interest?
• Decision maker कौन है?
• Customer को किस project में interest है?

Lead Classification

हर customer को उचित category में रखना:

🔴 HOT

🟡 WARM

🔵 COLD

⚫ NOT INTERESTED

Follow-up

• Interested customers का regular follow-up करना।
• Customer द्वारा दिए गए follow-up time का पालन करना।
• कोई active lead बिना next action के pending नहीं छोड़ना।
• Previous conversation को ध्यान में रखकर follow-up करना।

Site Visit Coordination

• Qualified customers को site visit के लिए motivate/coordinate करना।
• Site visit का date और time confirm करना।
• Customer की location और meeting details Sales Executive को देना।
• Site visit से पहले reminder call करना।
• Site visit के बाद feedback लेना।

Sales Team Handover

Qualified lead को Sales Executive / Sales Manager को proper information के साथ handover करना।

Handover में:

• Customer Name
• Mobile Number
• Requirement
• Budget
• Preferred Location
• Project Interest
• Lead Status
• Customer Objection
• Site Visit Status
• Next Action

शामिल होना चाहिए।

CRM / Data Management

• हर call का proper update CRM/Excel में करना।
• Call outcome दर्ज करना।
• Next follow-up date डालना।
• गलत/duplicate information को identify करना।
• Data को updated रखना।
