Job Description
- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls to understand and resolve customer queries, complaints, and concerns.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions regarding products and services.
- Ensure customers receive a positive and supportive experience during every interaction.
- Actively listen to customers, clarify their requirements, and handle difficult or dissatisfied customers professionally.
- Build strong and long-term customer relationships through trust, empathy, and reliable support.
- Use CRM software, databases, scripts, and other tools efficiently to manage customer interactions.
- Meet or exceed defined call centre metrics, quality standards, and performance targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up when required.
- Participate in training and learning programs to improve product knowledge and customer-handling skills.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
