Counsellor

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Student Counsellor to guide and support prospective students in selecting the right courses from our offerings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding students' needs and aspirations and providing personalized advice on our Digital Marketing, IT Courses, and Government Job Preparation programs.

• Key Responsibilities:Conduct counselling sessions with students to understand their career goals, educational background, and interests.
• Provide detailed information about our Digital Marketing, IT Courses, and Government Job Preparation programs.
• Guide students in choosing the right course based on their skills, aspirations, and market demands.
• Assist students with the enrollment process, including form filling, fee submission, and other admission requirements.
• Address students' queries related to course content, duration, career prospects, and study methodologies.
• Stay updated on trends in Digital Marketing, IT, and Government Job Preparation to offer relevant and informed advice.
• Follow up with prospective students to ensure a smooth admission process.
• Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions and student interactions.
• Organize webinars, seminars, and information sessions to promote the courses.
• Collaborate with faculty and management to ensure students receive the necessary support and guidance.
• Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Counselling, Education, Psychology, or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience in student counselling, admissions, or a similar role.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing, IT courses, or Government Job Preparation will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to build rapport with students and understand their needs.
• Proficiency in managing administrative tasks and maintaining records.
