Job Title: Business Development Executive (Sales Department)

Job Summary:

LEGALNOVA TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for a dynamic and result-

oriented Business Development Executive to join our Sales Department. The candidate will

be responsible for generating leads, handling telesales activities, and converting prospects

into clients. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct telesales and follow-ups: Contact potential clients via phone, explain services,

and regularly follow up to maintain interest and close sales.

• Convert leads into clients: Understand client requirements and effectively present

company services to turn prospects into paying customers.

• Maintain client database: Keep accurate and updated records of leads, conversations,

and client details in the system.

• Achieve monthly sales targets: Work consistently to meet or exceed assigned sales goals

within the given timeline.

• Build client relationships: Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure

satisfaction and repeat business.

• Coordinate with internal teams: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth

client onboarding and service delivery.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can apply)

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing concepts

• Ability to handle client queries confidently

• Experienced Candidates: Salary based on experience
