Key Responsibilities

• Source, develop and manage candidate relationships within chosen competency. Qualify candidate suitability for current or future vacancies/clients, through questioning and referencing following best practice at Antal
• Actively develop knowledge of assigned niche market to enable you to generate business and business pipeline, through candidate calling, networking and lead generation.
• Get engaged in other Social Media Activities and other marketing campaigns to attract talent to your line of business.
• Designing Search Plans, Mapping and Headhunting
• Be able to use in-house CRM to generate candidates list and marketing material.
• Stay focused on self-direct performance and career progression goals.
• Prioritize work load and ensure working on productive activities to achieve maximum revenue at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate in any discipline, Master’s Degree/MBA in Business or related field will be preferred
• Max 2 years of sales experience- Recruitment and Non-Recruitment with a demonstrated and a proven track record in your previous work stint.
• Fluency in English language and MS office skills
