Real Estate Sales Executive

We are looking for a smart, confident, and well-communicated female candidate with prior experience in Real Estate Tele-Sales. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with real estate projects and be comfortable interacting with potential customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.

- Generate leads and convert them into site visits and sales opportunities.

- Explain real estate projects, properties, pricing, and offers to prospective customers.

- Follow up regularly with leads and maintain proper customer records.

- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and further customer handling.

- Build a good relationship with prospective clients and understand their requirements.

- Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation, and conversion targets.

Requirements

- Female candidate with prior Real Estate Tele-Sales experience.

- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.

- Smart, confident, presentable, and customer-friendly personality.

- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

- Must have experience dealing with real estate/property-related customers.

- Target-oriented and capable of handling follow-ups independently.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate: Someone who has previously worked with a Real Estate Developer, Builder, Property Consultant, or Real Estate Agency in a tele-sales role.
