Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

 Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, referrals, and market surveys

 Present and demonstrate PuREPower UPS products to potential customers (residential, commercial, industrial)

 Understand customer power requirements and recommend appropriate product configurations (KWH/point sizing)

 Negotiate pricing and close sales within company guidelines

 Coordinate with technical team for site surveys, installation scheduling, and after-sales support

 Maintain and update customer database and sales pipeline (CRM/Excel)

 Follow up on payments and ensure timely collection

 Build relationships with electricians, contractors, and channel partners for referral business

 Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

 Prepare basic sales reports and forecasts

Requirements:

 Minimum Graduate (any stream)

 1-3 years of sales experience (preferably in electrical/electronics, UPS, inverters, or related B2B/B2C products)

 Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English

 Own two-wheeler required (travel across territory)

 Basic understanding of electrical products (UPS, batteries, inverters) preferred

 Target-driven, self-motivated attitude

 Local market knowledge of Indore.

Compensation:

 Fixed salary + incentive on sales targets (to be discussed based on experience)

 Travel/conveyance allowance

 Mobile/communication allowance
