About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The intern will get hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, HR documentation, attendance, and day-to-day HR activities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in recruitment and hiring activities.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and campus hiring.
• Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial telephonic communication.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and interviewers.
• Maintain and update employee and candidate records.
• Assist in joining formalities and documentation.
• Support attendance and leave management.
• Assist in preparing HR MIS and daily/weekly reports.
• Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries.
• Support employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
• Assist the HR team in implementing company policies and processes.
• Perform other day-to-day HR and administrative tasks as required.
• RequirementsGraduate / pursuing graduation or MBA/PGDM in HR, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
