We are looking for an energetic and responsible HR Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for hiring, employee coordination, attendance, onboarding and day-to-day HR activities.

• 📌 Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment & hiring
• Source candidates through Apna, Naukri, LinkedIn, WhatsApp & other platforms
• Conduct initial screening and interview coordination
• Manage joining formalities and employee onboarding
• Maintain employee records, attendance & leave data
• Coordinate with team leaders and management regarding employee requirements
• Handle employee queries and basic HR-related concerns
• Assist in maintaining a positive and professional work environment
• Prepare basic HR reports and recruitment updates
• Support management in employee engagement activities
• 🎯 Candidate RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of recruitment & HR processes
• Comfortable with calling and candidate follow-ups
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a target-oriented environment
