Role: Field Executive
Job DescriptionWe are looking for energetic and target-oriented Field Executives to drive partner acquisition and onboarding in the assigned market.
- Key ResponsibilitiesVisit the market and identify potential Auto, E-Rickshaw & Cab partners.
- Approach and explain the onboarding process to potential partners.
- Complete partner onboarding through the Partner Manager App.
- Assist partners with document verification and activation.
- Ensure activated partners complete their first ride.
- Achieve daily/weekly onboarding and activation targets.
- Maintain daily field activity and onboarding reports.
- Coordinate with the operations team for partner-related issues.
- RequirementsComfortable with field work and daily travel.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic smartphone knowledge.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Field sales/marketing/operations experience will be preferred.
