Relationship Manager

Responsibilities:

 Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients through outbound calls and other lead generation activities.

 Build rapport and trust with potential clients by understanding their financial goals and risk tolerance.

 Clearly explain the benefits of investing in the stock market, mutual funds, loans, insurance, and credit cards.

 Present various investment options, including equities, mutual funds, and PMS, tailored to meet client needs.

 Guide clients through the account opening process, ensuring a smooth on boarding experience.

 Maintain regular communication with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing their queries.

 Monitor client accounts and recommend suitable investment strategies for long-term growth.

 Achieve individual and team targets for new account openings and trading activity.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

 Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

 Strong ability to build relationships and develop trust with clients.

 Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.

 Good understanding of basic financial concepts and investment products.
