Job Description
Dial potential or existing clients using prepared scripts to introduce offerings.
Lead Nurturing: Follow up with interested prospects to move them through the sales pipeline.
Sales Conversion: Answer product questions, negotiate terms, and close sales deals over the phone.
Data Management: Update customer information and call notes accurately in the company CRM software.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and monthly call volume and revenue quotas.
