Job Description
About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic Tele-caller to connect with potential customers and convert travel enquiries into bookings for our Telangana franchise.
This role covers lead calling, explaining tour packages, follow-ups, and supporting the operations team in growing our regional customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Call and follow up on leads from social media ads, website, and walk-in enquiries
Explain tour packages, itineraries, pricing, and inclusions clearly to customers
Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings and meet daily/monthly call targets
Maintain call logs, lead status, and customer data using Excel/CRM
Share package details and quotations with customers via WhatsApp and email
Coordinate with the Operations Lead on booking confirmations and customer requirements
Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat bookings after tours
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred
Clear, confident, and polite phone communication
Basic computer skills — MS Excel, WhatsApp, and email
Target-oriented, with good convincing and follow-up skills
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
