Job Description
Customer Care Executive – Voice Process
Location: Pocharam
Experience: Freshers (0-6 months)
Qualification: Graduation
Languages: English + Hindi
Shift: Day shifts
Working Days: 6 days a week, 1 weekly off
Transport: 2-way transport facility provided
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls and provide appropriate assistance.
- Resolve customer queries and issues professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer information and call records.
- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication.
- Follow company processes and meet service quality standards.
Skills Required:
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in a voice-based customer support role.
