Store Promoter

KEY RESPONSIBILITYS :

• Customer Engagement: Greet walk-in customers warmly, actively initiate conversations, and assess their requirements to recommend suitable products.
• Product Demonstration & Pitching: Conduct live product demonstrations, clearly explaining key features, advantages, pricing, current promotional offers, and warranty details.
• Sales Conversion: Drive product sales proactively to consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly individual sales targets.
• Store & Counter Management: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing display counter or booth; ensure products are fully stocked with accurate price tags and promotional materials.
• Customer Service & Handling: Address customer queries, concerns, and objections politely and effectively to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Market Insights & Reporting: Track daily sales figures, customer feedback, inventory levels, and competitor activities, submitting regular updates to supervisor/store management.

Qualification & Requirements :

• Education: High School Diploma / 10+2 Pass minimum (Graduate degree preferred).
• Experience: 1 - 3 years of experience in retail sales, direct sales, or store promotion (Consumer Durables, Home Appliances, Electronics, or FMCG preferred).
• Skills:

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service and persuasive sales capabilities.
• Basic numerical skills for pricing, discounts, and daily stock tracking.
• Attributes: Energetic, self-motivated, presentable, and goal-oriented.

Location Flexibility : Candidate must be willing to work at the specified store locations [Jubilee Hills , Kondapur , Boduppal & Bangalore]
