Senior Mechanical Engineer

 Design, develop, and optimize mechanical components and assemblies for products

incorporating BLDC motors.

 Analyze motor integration requirements, including mounting arrangements, cooling

systems, shaft couplings, housings, and transmission mechanisms.

 Prepare, review, and interpret engineering drawings, GD&T specifications, BOMs, and

assembly documents.

 Lead mechanical assembly activities, prototype builds, and product validation testing.

 Conduct tolerance stack-up analysis and ensure manufacturability of designs.

 Coordinate with electrical, manufacturing, quality, and procurement teams for seamless

product development.

 Troubleshoot mechanical and assembly-related issues during prototype and production

stages.

 Support supplier development, component selection, and technical reviews.

 Ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality requirements, and safety regulations.

 Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product performance, reliability, and

cost efficiency.

 Prepare technical reports, design documentation, and engineering change requests.
