Sales Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Team Lead with strong knowledge of the loan and financial services industry. The candidate should have proven experience in managing sales teams, generating business, handling customer leads, and converting potential leads into successful loan cases.

The candidate will be responsible for managing daily sales activities, guiding telecallers, monitoring team performance, improving lead conversion rates, and achieving monthly business targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management: Manage, guide, and monitor the daily activities of telecallers and sales executives to ensure team productivity and discipline.
2. Lead Conversion: Monitor incoming and outgoing leads, follow up with interested customers, and ensure maximum conversion into qualified loan applications.
3. Loan Product Knowledge: Have good knowledge of Business Loans (BL), Personal Loans (PL), Loan Against Property (LAP), Home Loans (HL), Overdraft (OD), Machinery Loans, CGTMSE and other financial products.
4. Target Achievement: Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team and ensure achievement of business and revenue goals.
5. Sales Training: Train team members on loan products, customer pitching, objection handling, follow-up techniques, and lead conversion strategies.
6. Lead Monitoring: Regularly review the lead status, follow-up reports, interested customers, documentation status, and pending cases.
7. Customer Handling: Handle important customer calls, support the team in difficult conversions, and ensure professional customer communication.
8. Business Growth: Identify opportunities to increase loan disbursements, improve conversion ratios, and generate revenue for the company.
