Job Responsibilities
- Generate leads and identify potential customers for Personal Loans and other financial products.
- Contact customers through outbound calls and explain loan products, benefits, eligibility and offers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable financial solutions.
- Follow up with customers and convert leads into successful loan disbursements.
- Collect required documents and coordinate with the credit and operations teams.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure a smooth loan processing experience.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow company policies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Any Graduate preferred.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
