Sales Executive

Sales Executive – Marketing CompanyWe are looking for an energetic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential customers, explaining our projects, generating interest, and converting leads into site visits and successful sales.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients and follow up with leads.
• Understand customer requirements and explain the project details, features, pricing, and benefits clearly.
• Build a good relationship with prospective customers and address their queries.
• Convince and motivate customers to visit the project site.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested customers.
• Follow up with customers after site visits and maintain regular communication.
• Invite interested customers to the office for detailed discussions and deal closure.
• Negotiate and handle customer objections professionally.
• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, site visits, and conversions.
• Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets.
• Candidate RequirementsPrevious experience in sales, telecalling, real estate, marketing, or customer handling is preferred.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to convert leads into site visits and sales.
• Candidates who are comfortable with Work From Office (WFO) are preferred.
