Job Description – Real Estate Sales Executive

Position: Real Estate Sales Executive

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to join our Hyderabad team. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers find the right property while achieving sales targets.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound calls, referrals, and other sales channels.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.
  • Schedule and coordinate property site visits with prospective customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive buying experience.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to convert leads into bookings.
  • Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers to customers.
  • Negotiate and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and booking processes.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and ongoing real estate projects.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.
  • Eligibility CriteriaExperience: 6 months to 2 years in Real Estate Sales or any customer-facing sales role.
  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
  • Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
  • Preferred SkillsExcellent verbal communication in English and Telugu. Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
  • Strong presentation and relationship management skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with good problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
