Job Description – Real Estate Sales Executive
Position: Real Estate Sales Executive
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Real Estate Sales Executive to join our Hyderabad team. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers find the right property while achieving sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound calls, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.
- Schedule and coordinate property site visits with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a positive buying experience.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects to convert leads into bookings.
- Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and offers to customers.
- Negotiate and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth documentation and booking processes.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and ongoing real estate projects.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.
- Eligibility CriteriaExperience: 6 months to 2 years in Real Estate Sales or any customer-facing sales role.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport with customers and handle objections effectively.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
- Preferred SkillsExcellent verbal communication in English and Telugu. Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
- Strong presentation and relationship management skills.
- Customer-centric approach with good problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
