Job Description

  • Customer Engagement: Welcome walk-in showroom customers warmly and guide them through the active vehicle line-up.
  • Product Demonstration: Explain vehicle technical specifications, features, mileage, and color variants clearly to non-technical buyers.
  • Test Drive Management: Schedule, log, and conduct accompanied test drives safely.
  • Financial Consultation: Explain vehicle pricing structures, loan/finance schemes, down payment options, and vehicle insurance policies.
  • Sales Conversion & Booking: Handle customer objections effectively, complete the booking paperwork, collect payments, and coordinate final vehicle delivery timelines.
