Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day execution of interior and civil works at project sites.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, architects, and clients.
  • Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per project schedules.
  • Supervise civil, partition, flooring, false ceiling, painting, electrical and other interior-related works.
  • Read and understand architectural, civil and MEP drawings.
  • Check measurements, material requirements, and quantities at site.
  • Ensure proper quality of workmanship and adherence to specifications.
  • Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment required for project execution.
  • Identify and resolve site-related issues and coordinate with relevant teams.
  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
  • Coordinate inspections and rectify quality or execution issues.
  • Assist in preparing project estimates, BOQs, material requirements, and work schedules.
  • Ensure timely completion and handover of projects.
