Space Planning: Create floor plans, zoning layouts, and circulation routes.

Technical Drawings: Prepare accurate 2D/3D blueprints, elevations, and installation details using CAD software.

Material Selection: Curate finish matrices, mood boards, and specifications for flooring, lighting, and wall treatments.

Multidisciplinary Coordination: Work alongside structural engineers, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) teams, and contractors.
