Parent Realtinship Officer

Key Responsibilities: 

Conduct fieldwork to identify and generate leads for admissions. 

Achieve set daily targets for lead collection.

Engage with parents to provide information about the school’s offerings and benefits.

Build strong relationships with prospective parents, addressing their concerns and queries effectively.

Work closely with the admissions team to convert leads into admissions.  

Preferred Candidate Profile:  

Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer relations is a plus, but not mandatory. 

Extrovert personality with the ability to build rapport easily.

Strong communication skills to articulate school values convincingly.

Excellent convincing skills to inspire confidence in the school’s vision.

Energetic and target-driven mindset. 

Details: 

Work Mode: Onsite (Work from School Branch).  

Working Days: 6 days per week (with 1 rotational day off)
