Key Responsibilities :


  • Handle client interactions through calls
  • Drive renewals and subscription extensions, ensuring minimal churn.
  • Proactively follow up with clients whose subscriptions are due for renewal.
  • Build strong client relationships to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Support) to resolve client concerns quickly.
  • Provide clients with updates about new features and services.
  • Share client insights and feedback with the management team.
