About the Role Hiring Business Development Associates to drive property sales and client acquisition across Hyderabad. Field-intensive, target-driven role suited for individuals who thrive on daily client interactions, site visits, and closing high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert leads through calling, site visits, and client meetings
- Understand client requirements and match them with suitable property options
- Conduct site visits and property walkthroughs for prospective buyers
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring a smooth documentation process
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team revenue goals
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, legal, operations) for seamless deal closure
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in the CRM
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or client-facing roles
- Background in Insurance, EdTech, NBFC/Loans, Telecom, or FMCG field sales preferred (real estate experience not required)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfort with high target pressure and a fast-paced sales cycle
- Willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings
- Working knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce, LeadSquared, Zoho, or similar) is a plus
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred (for site visit mobility)
