Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and responsible Interior Designer who can manage both interior designing and complete site execution. The candidate should coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors and the internal team to ensure projects are completed with the required quality, within budget and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client requirements and develop suitable interior concepts.
• Prepare space plans, layouts, working drawings and detailed designs.
• Create 2D drawings and 3D visualisations for client approval.
• Prepare material selections, colour combinations and design presentations.
• Conduct site measurements and verify site conditions before execution.
• Prepare BOQs, material requirements and project estimates.
• Plan and supervise complete site execution.
• Coordinate carpentry, modular furniture, electrical, plumbing, false-ceiling, painting and other interior works.
• Coordinate with the modular factory, vendors, contractors and installation teams.
• Monitor material procurement, delivery and utilisation at the site.
• Conduct regular site visits and provide daily progress updates.
• Ensure execution is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Maintain quality standards and resolve site-related issues promptly.
• Track project timelines, expenses and pending activities.
• Communicate project progress and changes clearly to clients.
• Prepare snag lists, complete corrections and ensure timely project handover.
• Maintain proper drawings, measurements, approvals and project documentation.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of interior design and site execution.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and relevant rendering software.
• Understanding of modular kitchens, wardrobes and furniture.
• Knowledge of materials, hardware, finishes, electrical and plumbing works.
• Ability to read and prepare working drawings and BOQs.
• Strong site-management and vendor-coordination skills.
• Good communication, problem-solving and client-handling abilities.
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Hyderabad.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualification:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in interior design and site execution is preferred.
• Candidates with experience in residential and commercial interior projects will be given preference.
