Interior Designer — Ariven Spaces

Location: Patancheru, Hyderabad (on-site + client sites) Reports to: Founder / Design Head Type: Full-time

Role Own the design output for residential and commercial fit-out projects end to end — from client brief to executable working drawings — across Ariven’s six verticals (interior design, modular, furniture, custom, corporate, projects).

Key responsibilities

• Take client briefs, translate into space plans, layouts, and 3D visualisations
• Produce design concepts: finishes, materials, colour, lighting, spatial composition
• Prepare working drawings and BOQs that the factory floor can execute without rework
• Coordinate with the production team (panel line + upholstery) and site supervisor on feasibility and sequencing
• Select materials within the Ariven spec standard (Century Sainik 710 / Maxima BWP, HDHMR Action Tesa, Hettich/Blum)
• Present designs to clients and revise per feedback
• Support quotations with accurate scope and dimensions
• Track multiple live projects simultaneously to timeline

Requirements

• Degree/diploma in Interior Design or Architecture
• 2–4 years in residential/modular interiors
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and one render engine (V-Ray/Enscape/Lumion)
• Working knowledge of modular carcass construction, hardware, and site execution
• Strong material and finishes sense; understands manufacturing constraints
• Able to hold client-facing conversations and manage timelines
